Refund Policy,
If you cancel your trip, do not come to Mazatlan and let me know
in advance (3 days) you will get a full refund deducting the
comission paid to Pay Pal for the transfer, which is 3% of the
total amount sent.
If you are staying at a Hotel, Condominium, Apartment, R.V. or
house in Mazatlan, and you pay in full or pay a deposit and
decide not to go the same day of the tour, there is no refund. If
you let us know 24 hours ahead of time or less, there is a 20%
charge. If you let us know before 3 days, then it will be only 3%.
