Refund Policy
If the Ship does not arrive in Port, you will get a full refund
deducting the comission paid to Pay Pal for the transfer, which is
3% of the total amount sent.
If you are staying at a Hotel, Condominium, Apartment, R.V. or
house in Mazatlan, and you pay in full or pay a deposit and
decide not to go, the same day of the tour, there is no refund. If
you let us know 24 hours ahead of time or less, there is a 20%
charge. If you let us know before 24 hours, then it will be only 3%.
If you decide to pay in full or make a deposit with a Credit
card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), the Payments
are processed thru pay pal and is a secure transaction.
