| Awesome! Hotel Riu in Mazatlan! About 40 minutes from the city, beautiful beach, tons of loungers, beautiful swimming pools! No one around, food was good, hotel was brand new, very clean! | Hi Frank, I wanted to thank you again for the wonderful day that we spent at the RIU. I have left a review on Cruise critic in the "Port" section" Here it is : For those of you that might be interested, I wanted to share with you all that my husband and I had a wonderful shore excursion in Mazatlan. We toured with Mazatlan Frank, whom we had used before. He is a wonderful guide , very knowledgeable, and customer oriented. We left around 8:30 AM, toured the city for about 2 hours (cliff divers and shopping at out of the main stream shops) After that , we were taken to the RIU, a plush resort on a private beach (no vendors) where we spent the next 5 hours. We were given day passes which included all the food you could eat at the lovely buffet restaurant (very good), and all the drinks you wanted. The grounds were beautiful as were the beach and pools. The staff was very friendly and anxious to please. There was even a swim up bar in one of the pools. The place was not crowded as it was midweek. It was a very relaxing day and we will definitely do the same thing again on our next visit to Mazatlan. Judith Sea Princess Oct. 4, 2010 |

It was really interesting to get acquainted with the Mazatlan’s old & new. You made both of us LOVE Mazatlan most…among the places we docked at. | Thank you so much for the awesome tour in Mazatlan. You were such a wonderful host and helped to make Mazatlan one of the best days of our cruise. We hope to return to Mazatlan again soon and spend a week at the RIU Resort. My son Alex added the photo with you and Hector to his Facebook with the caption "mi amigos frank y hector". | I just wanted to write and let you know that the tour you arranged for us in Mazatlan was delightful. We had a wonderful time and saw everything we had wanted to see. I particularly want to let you know what a wonderful job our tour guide, Rene did. He was helpful, thoughtful, and did everything he could (and more) to make sure we didn’t miss anything. He let me rest and came back for me when I needed to stop, and was very knowledgeable about Mazatlan and it’s history. We really appreciate everything he did, and will definitely contact you again for tours in Mazatlan . We will also recommend your company to friends!
