WE START THE TOUR TRAVELLING SOUTH ON HIGHWAY 15, WE GO BY THE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND THEN MAKE OUR
FIRST STOP, A BRICK YARD. YOU WILL SEE HOW BRICKS HAVE BEEN MADE FOR MANY YEARS, BY HAND. AFTER THIS, WE
WILL GO FURTHER SOUTH AND THEN TURN ON TO HIGHWAY 40 WHICH GOES EAST TOWARDS THE SIERRA MADRES. WE
STOP IN A LITTLE TOWN CALLED MALPICA, WHERE YOU WILL SEE FLOOR TILES MADE IN A PRESS THAT IS OVER A 100
YEARS OLD, PLUS A BAKERY THAT MAKES THE PASTRIES THE OLD WAY, AN OVEN OF BRICK AND MUD. AFTER THIS STOP, WE
CONTINUE OVER TO A COLONIAL STYLE FURNITURE FACTORY AND AT THE SAME PLACE AN ARTISAN MAKES RED CLAY ROOF
TILES AND POTTERY. WE ARE ALMOST IN CONCORDIA, WHICH IS A BEAUTIFUL TOWN FOUNDED IN 1565 AS VILLA DE SAN
SEBASTIAN, LATER NAMED CONCORDIA.YOU WILL HAVE TIME TO SEE THE CHURCH, CITY HALL AND MAIN PLAZA. THEN WE
CONTINUE TO THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE TOUR, COPALA. THIS IS ANOTHER TOWN FOUNDED IN 1565 AS A MINING TOWN. IT
IS VERY MEXICAN, WITH COBBLESTONE STREETS AND COLONIAL BUILDINGS. THE CHURCH IS FROM THE 1700´S.  THIS IS
THE PLACE, WHERE WE HAVE LUNCH (not included) AND OF COURSE A PIECE OF THE GREAT BANANA COCONUT CREAM PIE.
THEN AFTER THIS GREAT TOUR, WE HEAD BACK TO MAZATLAN, AND SEE THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE CITY.
